r12.1.3 application migration from hp itanium to Linux 7 edelivery option

Am doing application migration of ebs r12.1.3 from hp itanium to linux 7 following document id 438086.1 , i have failed to locate software media on the edelivery for download. I have downloaded thrice, first one Oracle E-Business Suites 12.1.3 but can't work with Oracle rapid install, the second one Oracle E-Business Suite Certified - this one crushes due to -bash: ./rapidwiz: /bin/sh^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory, the third one i was advised in one note to down load 12.1.1.0.0 install then upgrade to 12.1.3 which i did download 12.1.1 but the one to upgrade is still an issue. how can i locate the software for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 appropriate for rapid
