Back Button Causes Error: An error happened during restoring the context for requested location (SBL

In our UAT environment, specific to only 1 OM, we get an error when user clicks the Back Button in the browser. The error is:

An error happened during restoring the context for requested location (SBL-UIF-00313)

On the same environment, the other OM is fine. They both point to the same Runtime Repository.

On other environments, the equivalent OMs are fine too.

So it's really just on UAT server, on that specific OM where it's behaving that way. We have compared the OM parameters and they seem to be fine.

What other files or areas can we compare to find out the root cause of this problem?
