Allow registrations to the SBC from certain external IP Ranges

Hi

I have a 4600 SBC with an internet facing realm to allow UC-Clients to register their device into the client network, I need to allow IP Ranges of Public IP's for the country im living in on the SBC to only allow access for these IP's to register, I know my SIP Interface needs to have Allow- Anonymous to be set to registered, do i define the Public IP ranges in the Access-List? many more ip's then listed below
