How to check which USER have RESTARTED the Failed Process in PeopleSoft

Hi Team,

I am looking for the User's ID who have restarted any failed process in Peoplesoft 9.2.

In PSPRCSRQST Record the OPRID stored is of the User who have initiated the process but i could not find any reference of the user who have restarted the same process if it got failed at any point.

Any advice on the above query would be highly appreciated.
