Invalid Activity/Event/Worklist name in worklist?

Hi, we recently went live with AWE Workflow for Journals and now we get this Invalid Activity/Event/Worklist name

Invalid Activity/Event/Worklist name instead of a link to the journal.

I think it may be related to security, perhaps to a WebLibrary. Can anyone tell me what permission list or library is needed? I see something about HNAVCREFWEBLIB in the trace file but I don't know what that means. Or is this possibly not related to security? This works in our test environment, but the security was slightly different there.
