How to use OAM Headers in OAAM Post Authentication Rules

In Oracle Support, I searched for "sessionData.populateExternalData.headers" and it listed

I clicked on the link and the page was not found. I would like to know more information about how to use the "sessionData.populateExternalData.headers". What I need to do is get a result from API and evaluate it in a policy/rule.
