A process that is part of a job is stuck in Posting (diststatus=7)

We are running tools 8.57.06

I followed the instructions in E-RD: PSJob Process Stuck In Posting (Doc ID 656567.1)

and the majority of the 'Posting' records were fixed but

after recycling the process scheduler one of the process continues to rerun and the diststatus value resets back to 7 (Posting)

I have continued to rerun the update and it repeats the same process of setting the flag back to 'Posting'.  There seems to be a circular affect on this process as it was part of a job that is run multiple times per day.  Since then I created the scheduled job definition and created new run controls so the new job is running fine.
