EBS11i Support maintenance cost information

Please help me  to find out below information :

We want some information regarding support of our EBS11i (11.5.10.2)and database (10.2.0.4.0).

#1 : Are we paying oracle maintenance support cost included both EBS11i (11.5.10.2) and database (10.2.0.4.0). ?

#2 : we are paying separate - separate maintenance support cost both both ?

#3 : Please let me know if we are paying some extra to support our database (10.2.0.4.0) only  apart from EBS11i.

#4 : Please let me know if database database (10.2.0.4.0) bundled with EBS11i ?
