P6 PPM Application Error Exception EAccessViolation in module PM.exe at 000000000112812C.

Hi Experts,

Good Day.

on-behalf of the users, i am raising this issue with Primavera P6 PPM 17.7, below error occurs during log-in, i have done; (reset preference against affected user and applied the latest patch 17.12.17), but no changes. also, i've had research in knowledge base but no similar error to the below. i suspect that this issue is new.  appreciate if you could help on the below.
