PTF - Maintenance Report does not show customizations in subpages

Hello,

I am trying to familiarize myself in the details in the PTF Maintenance Report.  The page has subpages that we customized.  The PTF Maintenance Report only has the customizations on the pages as defined in the component.  Customizations in the subpages within those pages didn't appear in the report.  For example, a component has 1 page.  The 1 page has 1 subpage that has custom fields.  The PTF Maintenance Report will only show custom fields in the page but not the custom fields in the subpage.

Is this how the report works?  This can be a problem when we're fully using Fluid since Fluid pages are all subpages from what I have seen.
