Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Fluid Homepage- Document attachment at a tile level

We are trying to attach a document file to a tile at the fluid homepage. We are using Peoplesoft financials 9.2, tool version 8.57

We are unable to attach a document through the URL definition page. Is there a way or a configuration wherein we can achieve this requirement.
