Issues with Microsoft Intune as MDM/proxy

We are trying to setup Microsoft Intune as our new MDM/proxy for accessing our Mobile PeopleSoft Site. The issue we are hitting is that after you log in, the tiles/icons/buttons are not "active". They are viewable but you can't click on them. It's almost like the javascript is inactive. The webpage loads fine every other way except when you go through the Intune url. We have never had this issue with our load balancers in the past.

Anyone else have experience with Intune or have seen something similar?
