Boolean(Type 5) BuiltIns

Application Engine Timings trace shows Boolean(Type 5) BuiltIns taking long time. This step is sporadic behavior, Same process runs in 3 mins First time once the scheduler is bounced but 2nd time it runs very long 40 mins. Spends most of the time in PeopleCode Builtin methods, Boolean(Type 5) BuiltIns. Issue is on AIX Unix scheduler, Its very simple PeopleCode with SQL call.

Any one encountered similar issue on PeopleTools 8.55.17? Please advise.
