Oracle Mobile app Approval Error

Hi Team

We are on 12.1.3 and working on to enable Mobile Approval app for client.

All the patches provided by Oracle are applied

Setup in WFADMIN- Approval data service manager is also complete

1) If we select request more information from mobile approval app then it works fine

2) If we approve or reject we get one known error listed on MOS
Error Message :- The Specific approval notification detail and actions are not available from this mobile application. Please access E-Business suite self service work list application to view the approval notification detail and to take action.

Oracle provided patch to fix this error but issue is not resolved.
