Image upload into Peoplesoft from 3rd party website

Hello, we have developed an app to upload some data directly into Peoplesoft. It is working fine except that we have to upload an image also from the app.

We tried converting into binary data on the app side and tried to consume this using a SYNC IB message but it is not working.

We are on version HCM 9.2 and tools 8.57

Please let me know if you have any experience doing image uploads from third party integrations into Peoplesoft directly.
