How to migrate OIM and OAM 11gR2

We have running customer environment and existing IDM server ( OIM and OAM ) is not in good shape.

We are planning to install new 2 node IDM(OIM and OAM) cluster and migrate customer data to new IDM server.

OID server will be same.

Can anyone please suggest how we can migrate OIM data ( org, roles,users)  and OAM policy data ( application domains, host identifiers, conditions and rules)?

And any other configuration also we have to migrate?
