Automate PTF script execution through Application Engine

We are trying to automate PTF script execution via batch file in PeopleSoft through an Application Engine program.

In order to achieve this, we placed PTF related command-line parameters in a batch file and tried to execute that batch file via Application Engine PeopleCode.

Upon executing the Application Engine, it is in turn triggering the service 'Interactive Services Detection' and prompts for user input to proceed with the execution of the script.

This is hindering the automation process as user intervention is required.

Please share some thoughts if any such automation related to PTF scripts were implemented for any clients.
