How do you create a Mock Year-End date of July 1st 2020 ?

We are on FMS92.33 PT8.57.10

In the past until this year we always worked/completed our Year-End activities in a Test environment then to simulate the new Fiscal Year we would set the System date to July 1st to simulate the new Fiscal Year, 2021 in this year's case...   To do this we had our System Admins set the database paramter FIXED_DATE to July 1st...   Once this was done our Functional team could then complete their Mock Year-End activities such as creating Year-End Close Journals etc.    Evidently PT8.56.14 has a Security enhancement that causes a COBOL SQL error when running COBOL processes like GLPCLOSE after we
