ORA-28545: error diagnosed by Net8 when connecting to an agent Unable to retrieve text of NETWORK/NC

We are trying to retrieve data from Redshift to oracle using dblink/ODBC gateway. During this process we are getting the error" ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from ". Please help me to resolve this error.

SQL> select * from shoes@Redshiftdev;
