[PeopleSoft] How to Inventory Customizations to Delivered PeopleSoft objects

Is there a tool, report, or technique one can use to identify all of the CUSTOMER changes (customizations) to DELIVERED PeopleSoft objects (pages, PepoleCode, etc.)

Normally I'd compare our Production database to our DEMO database in application designer - however our DEMO database was not built in sequence (with patches, etc.) with our Production database so it generated a massive number of false positives (e.g., order of comments).
