Where can I find new delivered JRNL1.xlsm (Spreadsheet Jrnl upload) for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials ?

We just got upgraded from PeopleSoft 9.1 to 9.2 Financials. I am looking for new delivered JRNL1.xlsm file for PeopleSoft 9.2 but can't it in any directory on Application server.

We are using JRNL1.xlsm from PeopleSoft 9.1 which requires MSXML.DLL which is now not supported on windows 10.
