External bank account upload using excel to CI

Hi,

I am using excel-to-ci utility to upload external bank account details in PeopleSoft. When I am trying to load two or more than two rows, I am getting the below error:

Unable to commit managed object in StoreSQL. There are already some pending Database updates. (2,904) FUNCLIB_BANK.SQL_FUNCTION.FieldFormula Name:Store_Bank_CFI_SQL PCPC:743 Statement:9

Called from:FUNCLIB_BANK.SQL_FUNCTION.FieldFormula Name:Bld_Bank_CFI_SQL Statement:98

Called from:BANK_ACCT_CHRT.BANK_ACCT_LED_TYPE.SavePreChange Statement:10

Few rows are having ok status in template but they are also not loaded in the database. Please suggest
