How to fix a frozen FCM Close Manager, version 11.1.2.4.252.3476?
Close Manager for one of my users was frozen (see attached) last week. When she selected options under Actions or View, nothing happened. The only thing she can do is to Xout. I removed her security access from the security group and added it back. The problem went away, but today it came back. I tried to do the same thing like I did the first time but it didn't work. We maintain an exact version in another environment and she does not have this problem in this environment. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
