Workflow Emails Slow - Login Assistance
Hi
We have noticed that the workflow notification emails takes more than 3 minutes to reach our inbox. We are on Oracle E-Business suite R12.2.7
We are majorly concerned on the login assistance emails. I have tried creating a separate notification mailer for Login assistance emails, but doesnt help. Our SMTP mailer is quite fast. We have tried from the OS
What I notice is that the en queuing to the WF_DEFERRED table is fast but it takes a while to DE QUEUE. Is there any parameters that can help in improving the DEQUEUE time. We dont have much of a load and still it takes 3-5 minutes for the email to arrive.
