Dropdown menu not appearing

Hi Team,

Dropdown menu is not appearing after upgrading to PT-8.58.

I performed the steps as in the doc - "E-FLUID: How to enable Drop Down Menu on the Home page for PT 8.55 and above People Tools versions (Doc ID 2094458.1)" but did not help.
