workflow_analyze.sql is taking ages with no progress

Hi Team,

we see the workflow_analyze.sql from note id 1369938.1 is running from ages with no progess.

i have even run the drop sql which comes with this zip file and re-ran workflow_analyzer.sql followed by workflow_analyze.sql but no success

although i see the package workflow_analyzer.sql ran completed with no errors.

here is the details of os and aplication.

OS: Linux 7

database:11.2..0.4

application: R12.1.3

please help
