Field User property for not to include (comma ",") when saving a field value

Hi All,

I have a scenario when the user inputs a value into a field that should not allow value("comma" ) (example: Address Line 1). The user should not be allowed to enter a value that has commas like " 123, Brighton Road". But can save a record like "123 Brighton Road" without a comma. Do Siebel have any User Property that can be used in this scenario? If not what are other best options.
