Hi

I am trying to creating REST API. Will be sending the  PeopleSoft data (in Jason format) in Batch mode (nightly scheduled Application Engine). In response will be receiving results.

How can I accomplish this?

No request.

Will be pulling the data from PS tables and sending it to d party.

What type of documents, Messages, Service Operations I have to create?

Please advice me.
