classic plus AE - what is the difference between EOCP_SETCP and EOCP_SETCP_A?

Can someone please explain difference between app engines EOCP_SETCP and EOCP_SETCP_A when applying the classic plus theme?

Using change assistant, the step "Applying the Classic Plus theme" runs the app engine with the parameters -R EOCP_SETCP_A -AI EOCP_SETCP_A in the command line.

From the Enterprise Components > Common Utilities > Classic Plus Setup, if you click run, the process scheduler request page lists EOCP_SETCP.
