Issue while recreating PIA_DOMAIN

During troubleshooting an issue I deleted PIA domain,,,Later while creating new domain facing below issue

runwlst:

     [java] Java Result: 1

     [move] Warning: /oracle/pia_856/webserv/XXXXX_web does not exist.

UpdateConfig:

     [echo] OS Platform: Linux

     [echo] Hardware architecture: amd64

     [echo] PS_HOME : /oracle/pia_856

BUILD FAILED

/oracle/peopletools/8.56.10/setup/PsMpPIAInstall/scripts/wlsdomain.xml:718: The following error occurred while executing this line:
