How to limit the "Cancel" and "Delete" options on Process Monitor Details page?

Hello,

How can we limit the "Update Process" options on Process Monitor Detail page?  Currently we give our IT developer ProcessSchedulerAdmin role so that she has access to View Log/Trace page for all the processes in Process Monitor.  However, we want to limit this person from updating any process request like Cancel and Delete?  Can it be done?
