Customize signin.html page

Hi ,

     We would like customize our signon.html page in Peoplesoft to add a drop down box containing the list of Active Directory domains?.

Can anyone advise how to achieve this and places where it needs to be customized and how to handle signon peoplecode. for this additional input parameter?.
