Dynamic workflow based on position supervisor id HCM 9.2 PT 8.55.29

I am looking for a solution which is based on AWE and dynamic workflow which looks for approvers based on "reports to" position management supervisor id  and looks whether reports to position is HOD or not, if it hits HOD then approval should close.Approval may goes to one level, two,three or more till it hits HOD (based on the role)
