Options to restart scheduled queries on hold at once

Hello,

We use a lot of scheduled queries and then those go on hold during our quarterly outages for PUM updates.

Is there a way to restart all these scheduled queries that are on hold at once, rather than manually restarting them one by one?

I am interested to know how other users handle this scenario.
