How to use PeopleSoft Integration Broker to process Polling services

Hi,

I am using Ptools 8.57.04. There is a requirement to Integrate with external Cloud application for Inbound transactions. The external Cloud application has a Polling Service mechanism (SOAP WSDL). The Polling service will trigger in every 30 minutes. The requirement is that Integrate Broker has to look for Polling service (WSDL URL) and consume the XML and process the information.

As per my knowledge, the information has to hit PeopleSoft IB Listener to consume the Inbound message, but can we create an utility to fetch the external XML using WSDL URL and process the XML?

Any pointer will be helpful.
