Upgrading tools PT851 TO PT8.58...QUESTION RELATED TO BASE LANGUAGE SWAP

Our Database language is DUT....While loading database in CA for change package creation i selected it as ENG....But later when we created same package in our next database i selected correct ENG...Both Jobs are similar...we are seeing system ok...But few question

1. Which all tables will be impacted?

2. What is impact of selecting wrong base language during database upload in CA.

Any help will be appreciated.
