Collection Strategies are not displaying though Scoring is coming

Hi ,

We are implementing Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections modules by enabling Collection Method as "Strategies" . We defined customers and assigned the Profiles at Customer Account level.

When we verfiy the Collections dashboard , all the data including Collection scoring is coming correctly except the Collection Strategy . It is displaying Blank value .

Am I missing any setup at Customer level or collections level ?

Please advise.
