PTF: Data in PSPTTSTLOG_LNS table is too larger and encountering issues with import.

PTF: PSPTTSTLOG_LNS table currently has 2.2 million rows and failing to import to a different environment, as it was too large for datamover. Our Admin finally got it to work by using a DB link, this process took 4 hours to complete. Did any come across this issue ? What is the best practice to maintain these tables?
