QAS web service - REST vs SOAP?
Does anybody have real world experience using the delivered Reporting Query Access (QAS) web service using newer REST instead of old SOAP interface? We were going to roll our initial usage based on SOAP web service but a recent Tools Upgrade now gives us newer REST QAS interface. I am reading REST might be better route to go. Any issue with PeopleSoft's implementation? Any performance or other improvements using REST over SOAP? Any insight would be appreciated. Similarly JSON responses vs XML?
