Adding Custom Field in Request page of identity console using UI Customization

Hi , I want to add a custom field(TrainingDetails) in Request page of identity console as seen in attached screenshot, I have added that field using UI Customization but I have not yet published my sandbox, I wanted to confirm if I am adding any custom field using UI Customization then I will be able to fetch this custom field(TrainingDetails) value from database or not? like request id, requester etc..
