How to enable 'Receipt Line Application' to apply Receipt to BOE ?

Hello Experts

We have EBS R12.1.3.

When we are going to apply the BOE  to Receipt from Standard Receipt Screen. we are getting below message: 'Function not

available to this responsibility. Change Responsibilities or contact to your System Administrator'.

Navigation:

PO Receipt Form > Find with PO number > Select the line(s) for those we want to take the receipt > Tools (M) > India Tax Details > Input tax here > Tools (M) > Receipt Line Application

After selecting the 'Receipt Line Application', we are getting this message.

Can help me that which function name I has to add to overcome this issue ?
