Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Raised BOE for 135156 but the user has taken receipt twice,

Once receipt completed with deliver and another receipt with receive step.

how to cancel or reverse second receipt.

we are not able to rtv the 2nd receipt
