Can't open the fluid page in PeopleTools 8.58.03 in non-English

Hello,

It shows error ORA-01789 when I try to search and open the fluid page definition after setting the language to non-English in pscfg.exe like Chinese. It works normally when it's english.

Then set the language to chinese.
