What ports are necessary for PeopleSoft’s Elasticsearch?

I happen to be running Elasticsearch 6.1.2 with PeopleTools 8.56.22, and it runs fine when my Search server is in the same subnet as my Web, App, and Batch servers. I am not clustering, so 9300 should theoretically not matter for me. Ports 80 and 443 are open on my Web, and 9200 is open on my Search.

When my Search server is in a different subnet, I am able to ping, test logins, validate, deploy and crawl successfully. However, I am unable to obtain search results, and I get messages in my search stdout log such as:

[ERROR][c.p.p.e.s.o.r.OrclAuthPluginRestFilter] java.net.ConnectException

Howdy, Stranger!
