Fluid Approvals - Page Composer - Date field format does not include the century values

The date fields in the Fluid Approval component do not include the century, is that something we can configure with the composer?  The only place I see formatted dates is under ePro, but that has been coded in a class to display the Req value in a DATE_STRING# field (e.g. Requisition Date).  We'd rather have a consistent MM/DD/YYYY format throughout the approval pages, just like most of the application.
