Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to prevent sending old alert notification to users when workflow is bounced?

In EBS 12.2.4, When workflow is bounced in PROD or TEST instance the users are receiving old alert notifications by email

how could we found the configuration cause and prevent this

how could we could run a sql query and see if posible to purge old alert notifications in tables
