PT 8.58 install - where do I get Open XML SDK 2.8.1 installer?

Hello,

I am installing a new PeopleTools 8.58.04 PS_HOME and Doc ID 1563407.1 indicates that PT 8.58 requires OPENXMLSDK version 2.8.1 (for nVision reports on the Process Scheduler), but it doesn't indicate where to obtain the installer for that.  I have deployed FSCM PUM 36 and looked in its PS_HOME\setup\OpenXmlSDK\ folder, but that only contains the 2.0 and 2.5 installers.  Where do I go to get the installer for 2.8.1?

NOTE:  I'm not sure if the DPK "mid-tier" deployment handles this automatically or not, but we do not want both WebLogic Server and Tuxedo installed on our Windows server (since we run WebLogic Server and our PIA domain on a separate Linux server) so that isn't an option for us anyway.
