Huge data import via SQL Developer issue

Good Day! Hope all is well!

I'm trying to migrate the table from the old instance to a new instance.

Can anyone help me to load/import huge amount of rows via SQL Developer or any software can batch upload the 150k+ of Excel rows into Oracle Database.  An example table is PS_ACAD_PROG of CS 9.0 to CS 9.2

Currently, I encountered an error when loading the data more than 20k+ of rows. Below is the error message I got:

• A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details. (unable to allocate XXX bytes of shared memory)

And after that error the database went down with the below error message:
