PeopleTools 8.58 on a Windows 7 Client

Has anyone implemented PeopleTools 8.58 using Windows 7 clients? When I say clients, I am referring to both users on IE 11 using PIA and developer applications (app. designer, data mover, etc...). I work for an organization that has not fully upgraded all PCs to Windows 10 and we are ready to start an HCM PT 8.58 / Image 35 upgrade.
