Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Change Assistant PT 8.58.03 not recoginizging mapped drives

I have installed CA PT 8.58.03 on a Windows 10 machine.

Sometimes it will recognize my mapped drive to set my Staging, Output and Download directory on the General Options tab.

I can not seem to figure out what makes it work and what makes it not work.

I have not had any issues in the past when installing CA on my machine but this version seems to be causing issues.

On the day I am to apply the tax update to our production environment I need to make sure that it will recognize my mapped drive.

Any help would be appreciated.
